TEXAS WINS!

Wow, what a game! Just got done watching the College Football National Championship game between Texas and USC. TEXAS won 41-38. Vince Young scored the winning touchdown with 18 seconds to go after coming back from a 12 point deficit with 6 minutes to go in the game. Young is an incredible player, who played incredibly well... 30 of 40 for 287 yds and 200 yards rushing with 3 rush tds... That says it all. Thank God I won't have to listen to all the media hype surrounding USC any longer... the Trojans winning streak ends without making history; getting stopped at 34 consecutive wins by the TEXAS LONGHORNS. I couldn't believe what I heard from Matt Leinart after the game (I'm paraphrasing), "We still know we're the better team, they just got some good plays at the end." What a sore loser. Say what you want Leinart, generally when you've just played a team, and they beat you... generally, just generally they are considered the better team. So shutup and accept defeat like a man. Anyway, as you can tell I'm not too fond of USC... but they sure put up a good fight and provided some quality entertainment tonight... Speaking of entertainment, it's time to go watch the back of my eyelids, g'night and "Hook 'em horns!"
